This award-winning documentary film takes an intimate look at suicide attempt survivors who have turned their pain into actions and changed the way we talk about suicide. Oct. 2 is National Walk to School Day, and Placer County is again inviting community members to participate in its annual “Placer Walks” event. The county is also celebrating a Safe Routes to School initiative for students walking to six local schools. Read more
