Most Inspirational Residential Project: Michael Willcox (Solar and Heat Pumping to the Max)
Outstanding Residential Modernization: Teri and Robert Whitehair (The Whitehair Home)
Outstanding Commercial Project: Town of Atherton and San Mateo County Libraries (Atherton Library)
Each winner will receive a $2,000 cash award and will be recognized at the Sustainable San Mateo County’s 24th Annual Awards Celebration on March 30, 2023.

$415,000 in outreach grants for local nonprofits
Peninsula Clean Energy has awarded 14 grants to 13 non-profit community organizations to increase outreach to disadvantaged and other communities about utility bill discounts and a range of other clean energy programs. This includes first-time grants for community organizations based in Daly City and Los Banos.
The grants include outreach to customers in Spanish and Chinese about rebates, electric vehicles, energy bill discounts, home energy assistance, and other programs to reduce carbon emissions.

Be a part of bringing clean energy benefits to your community! Peninsula Clean Energy is recruiting members for our Citizens Advisory Committee.
Serving as liaisons to their community, Citizens Advisory Committee members directly contribute to Peninsula Clean Energy’s mission of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by expanding access to sustainable and affordable energy solutions. Individuals who live or work in San Mateo County or the City of Los Banos are eligible to apply.

Cassius Gray
IT Systems and Support Administrator
Cassius is responsible for information technology (IT) projects, solutions, and support. He joins us with more than 12 years of IT experience including oversight of infrastructure, application support and security services.
Cassius received his Bachelor of Science in business with a General Management Certificate from the University of Phoenix.
