Our e-bike rebate program has been a success!
There was high demand for our e-bike program again this year. We received close to 500 applications!
Here is one pleased participant (photo right).
Another participant said, “It has been really tough navigating covid times, cost of living and lack of livable income. … hearing about the possibility of having an e-bike (perfect for my knees) really gives me a kindle of hope. Thank you, there is no way we could have afforded one.”

Call Lyft for a lift in an electric car
We’ve partnered with Lyft on a pilot program to promote electric car ridesharing. 100 electric vehicles have been in use since March, and we estimate the following:
- 680,000 electric miles already driven with the fleet
- 17,000 gallons of gas reduced
- $100,000 in fuel savings

By voluntarily conserving power during Flex Alerts, we can all help prevent these outages.
