One Month Left for Federal Tax Credits for Clean Energy Upgrades
Thousands of dollars in federal tax credits for clean energy upgrades are expiring at the end of the year, but there’s still time to take advantage of tax credits up to $2,000 for new heat pump water heaters or HVAC systems and up to $1,200 for energy efficiency improvements.
Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) rebates and services are stackable with other federal, state, and local incentives and remain available despite the sunsetting of federal tax credits.

How does that benefit SVCE customers?
Through bonds and other strategic financing, SVCE is able to maintain stable rates for customers, offer rebates and incentives for clean energy upgrades, and invest in energy-resilient projects for the thirteen communities SVCE serves.
