Dear Friends and Neighbors:
On June 26, Orange County Registrar of Voters Bob Page officially certified the results of the June 2, 2026, Statewide Direct Primary Election.
After all the votes were received and counted, I was humbled to learn that I had been selected to serve another four years as your Second District Supervisor. I wanted to share some thoughts regarding the election and the work of our office.
Over the last three and a half years, I have taken the responsibility of serving the Second District to heart, and I am incredibly proud to represent the residents of the City of Santa Ana and portions of Anaheim, Garden Grove, Orange, and Tustin.
I know many residents are disheartened by the state of national politics and are discouraged from voting. But all politics are local, and I want to thank you for taking the responsibility to vote seriously and for making your voices heard. I also want to send a special thanks to our Registrar of Voters staff, election employees, and volunteers for all their work and dedication to ensure we all had a chance to vote and that all votes were counted.
On a personal note, I want to thank my wife and my family for their love and support, not just during the campaign, but always. I also want to thank my office staff for their commitment and tireless work on behalf of our communities.
I am grateful to all the volunteers who give their time and who care so deeply and helped me to reach out to residents in our five cities and ask them to share my vision for our future.
I am grateful to have received the support of nearly two-thirds of district residents and feel a tremendous sense of responsibility that so many families have placed their trust in me.
The diversity and vibrancy of our communities make us the face of the new Orange County. We are ever evolving, and my pledge is to continue working to ensure all our communities are represented and heard.
Our office will continue to move forward with policies and programs that assist our communities with issues that affect working families: the need for more affordable housing, the increasing cost of healthcare, a fair distribution of county services, continuing the success in addressing homelessness, and increasing economic opportunities for our residents and local businesses.
It has been an honor to serve the Second District, and my staff and I will continue working hard for our residents over the next four years to ensure our communities have a seat at the table on the decisions that matter most.
I want you to know that I will make every effort to honor the trust that residents have placed in me.
I am humbled by your support and even more inspired to continue the work we have done together on the issues that impact Second District residents every day.
