Dear friend,
As the holiday season approaches, I want to wish you and your loved ones a season filled with warmth, joy, and time together. This is a special time of year to pause, reflect, and appreciate the blessings of family, community, and the place we call home.
As we close out the year, I am truly thankful for the opportunity to serve as your First District Supervisor. Representing our cities and neighborhoods has been an honor, and I am grateful for the trust you continue to place in me.
Over the past year, we worked hard to do right by and protect our community. We stood up for taxpayers by restoring accountability and recovering millions of dollars, protected homeowners from costly mandates, strengthened regional cooperation to improve air quality, increased transparency at OC Animal Care, and took action to keep dangerous synthetic Kratom and nitrous oxide out of the hands of our children.
During the holidays, we are reminded of the importance of service, generosity, and caring for one another. I encourage you and your families to help someone in need this season, check in on a neighbor, and reach out to any military relatives to remind them how much they are loved and appreciated. Small acts of kindness and gratitude can go a long way in spreading holiday spirit throughout our community.
As we look to the year ahead, I am excited to continue delivering results and winning for the residents of the First District.
