The Huntington Beach Council on Aging, in partnership with Meals on Wheels Orange County, offers low-cost lunches to seniors aged 60 and older at the Senior Center in Central Park. Meals are served Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m. and include a suggested donation of $3 per meal. No senior is turned away for inability to pay.

The City of Huntington Beach has replaced its first Mobi-Mat, originally installed in May 2021, at the 6th Street parking lot just north of the Pier. Mobi-Mats are portable, non-slip pathways designed to improve access across the sand for individuals using wheelchairs, strollers, or other mobility aids. This upgrade reflects the City's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve accessibility infrastructure throughout the community, including additional Mobi-Mats installed along the coast and at Central Park.
