Empowering the Future - internships & career exploration
I am proud to partner with the Orange County Board of Education’s Superintendent, Dr. Stefan Bean, to bring students and families an exciting opportunity to explore real-world careers through Career & Technical Education (CTE).
Students will learn how to earn early college credit, gain hands-on experience through internships and youth apprenticeships, and explore high-wage, high-growth careers—from cybersecurity and aviation to healthcare and digital media.
Parents will also receive valuable resources to help support their children’s success, whether they choose college, technical training, or direct entry into the workforce.
The event will feature student speakers, career exploration booths, and live demonstrations of emerging technologies like AI. It will offer guidance, inspiration, and practical tools for the whole family when navigating college or career pathways.
Whether you're a parent, student, or educator, this event is your gateway to understanding how CTE can unlock opportunities for the future.
