Does your irrigation system need a little help? The Irrigation Tune-Up program provides basic repairs such as replacing broken sprinkler nozzles, valve repair or replacement and controller programming/scheduling.
Flushing wipes down the toilet causes sewer system blockages and increased water treatment costs at sewage treatment plants. Even the wipes labeled as "flushable" can still cause blockages and should be disposed of in the trash can. Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet.

Pipe Replacement Projects
Ontario Municipal Utilities Company (OMUC) works cooperatively with developers to ensure that the City's water infrastructure meets current and future needs. A recent example of this was the replacement of aging and undersized mains on Bon View Avenue between Cedar Street and Woodlawn Street. The water mains were upsized to meet future demand and improve fire flow. OMUC engineering staff reviewed the pipeline design and recommended critical changes where necessary.
Fats, Oils and Grease
Fats, oils and grease (FOG) from cooking cause sewer system blockages and increased treatment costs at sewage treatment plants. FOG should be disposed of in the trash can after they have cooled completely.
