Explore the artwork of local residents and artists enrolled in art courses at the City of Ontario’s Armstrong Community Center. Artwork includes selections from ceramics, painting, and quilting. The exhibition is a collaboration between the Ontario Museum of History & Art and the Ontario Recreation & Community Services department.

Holiday Card Making at Ontario Tree Lighting Ceremony

5 PM - 9 PM

Join Museum staff in celebrating the start of the holiday season in Downtown Ontario with the annual Holiday Light Parade and Tree Lighting. The fun takes place along Euclid Avenue on Saturday, December 2, 2023. While at Ontario Town Square, visit our museum booth where you can create your very own Holiday Cards using festive linocut stamps. Other activities include free cookie decorating, letters to Santa and a meet-and-greet photo opportunities with Santa. No registration required.

Explore First Thursdays at the Museum. Deck out your holiday gifts by creating your own custom wrapping paper. The Ontario Museum of History & Art will provide linocut supplies to make your own stamps for that extra special touch. Use treasured icons like our Frankish Fountain, Armstrong roses, and Nugent Park horseshoes! Participants will carve their own unique linocut print block.
