Monster Bash: Ghouls & Giggles |

Hold on to your broomsticks! On Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Rengstorff Park in Mountain View will transform into a lively, Halloween-themed celebration as the beloved Monster Bash returns!
This family-friendly fall festival invites ghosts, goblins, and ghouls of all ages to join the fun. Don your best costumes and enjoy a jam-packed day of exciting activities, including a Treat Trail, spooky games, mesmerizing live performances, a towering stilt walker, the enchanting Lil Ghouls Corral, and a bounce-worthy inflatable zone. Brave souls can enter the Creepy Crawly Ooey Gooey Zone, while thrill-seekers pedal into the fun with the Bike Circus.
Parking is limited. Attendees are encouraged to bike or walk to the event.

Spooky Times at Deer Hollow Farm |

Deer Hollow Farm, in conjunction with the Friends of Deer Hollow Farm, invite you and your family to celebrate the spooky spirit of Halloween! Explore haunted barns, try your hand at children’s activities and crafts and of course, meet the residents of the Farm- sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits, pigs and cows! Enjoy the Halloween season and help support the Farm. All profits from this event will be used to provide care and feed for the livestock.

Preschool Adventures Await! Register for 2025–2026 |

Our creative, play-based preschool programs have been designed to meet the developmental needs of the “whole child.” The curriculum centers on the vital social opportunities children need to grow emotionally, cognitively, and kinesthetically. We have three different programs to choose from. Children must be potty-trained (no children in diapers or potty-training diapers).

Pumpkins, Bats and Cats! Oh My!

Join us for this fun filled Halloween themed class. The children will enjoy singing to age appropriate and preschool friendly songs. This class will include stories, songs, and crafts. Don't forget to come in costume on the last day of class.

Get ready for a night of spooky fun and frights! Join us for an evening packed with thrilling Halloween activities and delicious treats. Test your bravery with eerie games like the Fear Factor Milkshake Station, and unleash your creativity at our craft stations with slime and other spooky projects. Plus, we'll have classic Halloween movies playing to set the mood and plenty of delicious goodies, including Franken-Punch, Hot Dog Mummies, and Halloween Oreos, along with hot cider to keep you toasty. We'll be giving out prizes and lots of candy, so come prepared for a night of ghoulish delights! Costumes are highly encouraged!
 College Prep Workshop: How to Write Effective UC Essays Date: Saturday, Oct. 11 Time: 11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Location: The View Teen Center - 263 Escuela Avenue Open to 10th – 12th graders
Now more than ever, college essays are incredibly important in the college admission process, an opportunity to share who the student is outside of the classroom and how they can be an asset to their selected campus. In this workshop, FLEX will share example essays and show you how FLEX essay specialists guide their students to write in a way that is specific, personal, cohesive, and that aligns with what colleges are looking for in a stand-out student.

Description: Are you a 10th-12th grader thinking about college? Join us for a free college tour to Sonoma State University's Preview Day. This is your chance to get a firsthand look at what it's like to be a Seawolf. You'll explore the campus, meet current students, faculty, and staff, and learn all about academics, student life, and the resources available to help you succeed. You can even eat on campus at one of their many dining options! Whether you're just starting your college search or already considering SSU, this tour is for you.

Teen Lap Swim is back starting Saturday, Nov. 1. This hour is dedicated to teen swimmers, but guardians are welcome!
