Technology Showcase Returns with Focus on AI, Aerospace, and Innovation
Free two-day event invites the public to explore local tech, career pathways, and the future of work
Mountain View, Calif. — The City of Mountain View and the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce are proud to present the 10th annual Mountain View Technology Showcase, returning to Downtown Mountain View on July 16 and 17. This free public event highlights the cutting-edge technologies being developed right here in Mountain View—by startups, global companies, and research institutions alike.
The event kicks off on Wednesday, July 16 at 5 p.m. at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts with a panel titled The Future of Work: AI and the Workforce, featuring leaders from LinkedIn, nSpire, and the Krause Center for Innovation. Panelists will explore how artificial intelligence and automation are reshaping industries and what it takes to build a future-ready workforce.
On Thursday, July 17, the Technology Showcase continues with interactive exhibits from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Civic Center Plaza (500 Castro St.), alongside a 4 p.m. panel on The Growth of the Space Economy in the Bay Area. Featuring experts from NASA, Lockheed Martin Space, and others, the discussion will highlight how aerospace innovation here locally is influencing everything from national research to daily life—and creating new career opportunities in the process. These are all free events, but tickets must be reserved for the panels. RSVP online for the panels.
Attendees can explore demos in robotics, virtual environments, autonomous tech, and more while connecting with companies offering job opportunities and insight into emerging fields.
This year’s signature sponsors are Google, LinkedIn, and Waymo with additional support from Aurora, Nuro, Intuit, KMVT, and the Mountain View Voice.
