The City Council will hold a public meeting, at which time all interested parties may be heard regarding the following project:
New Council Policy G-09, Gatekeeper Application Policy and Procedures
The City Council will consider adoption of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Mountain View to Approve Council Policy G-09 for the review and authorization of private development applications with legislative amendments to City regulations, referred to as the Gatekeeper Process. The Council Policy and Procedure Committee (CPPC) recommended the City Council approve the Policy 2-0-1 (McAlister absent) with modifications, including removal of existing exemptions, added clarifications to application criteria, and other procedural details.
