The City of Mountain View is expanding its social media presence by joining Bluesky. The City is piloting the emerging social media platform to help enhance communications with community members where they seek information. Connect with the City on Bluesky by following @MountainViewGov.
Bluesky is similar to X (formerly Twitter) and allows users to share short posts containing text, images and videos. The City will continue to share news and information on Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Nextdoor, and YouTube.
The public can also subscribe to receive City news releases, updates, newsletters, event announcements, and public meeting details via email at MountainView.gov/eNotify.
