ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) and City Council will hold public meetings, at which time all interested parties may be heard regarding the following project:
Housing Element Program 1.1.g:
Zoning and General Plan Amendments for Consistency with the Housing Element Site Inventory
The EPC and City Council will consider and provide direction on zoning and general plan amendments to allow residential densities consistent with the Housing Element site inventory pursuant to the 2023-2031 Housing Element at the following properties:
- 830, 829-835, 850, 859-861, 870, 889, and 897-899 Leong Drive, and 3 and 55 Fairchild Drive (west end of Evandale Precise Plan)
- 1702-1704 Miramonte Avenue
- 777 Cuesta Drive
- 1949 Grant Road
- 677-699 Calderon Avenue
- 410-750 West Evelyn Avenue (Mountain View Transit Center)
The Moffett Boulevard rezonings identified in Program 1.1.g are a separate project and will not be discussed. No final decisions will be made at these meetings.
