NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING COMMISSION
2645 – 2655 FAYETTE DRIVE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that the Mountain View Environmental Planning Commission will review and provide input on 2645 -2655 Fayette Drive Residential Development (Builder’s Remedy Project). This will be a public hearing; public attendance and comments are welcome.
Project Description: Request for a Planned Community Permit, Development Review Permit, Heritage Tree Removal Permit, and Vesting Tentative Map to demolish six existing dwelling units and a 6,900 square foot commercial building to construct a seven-story, 70-unit condominium development (20% affordable) above a subterranean parking garage, and a Provisional Use Permit for a roof deck above the third floor, on a 0.67-acre project site. The City has prepared an Addendum to the previously adopted Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the 2645 -2655 Fayette Drive Residential Project. This project is located on the south side of Fayette Drive between Del Medio Avenue and San Antonio Road in the P-40 (San Antonio) Precise Plan.
DATE & TIME: Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.
This meeting will be held with a virtual component in Council Chambers located at 500 Castro Street, Second Floor, Mountain View, CA 94041, broadcast live at mountainview.legistar.com, on YouTube at MountainView.gov/YouTube, and on Comcast Channel 26.
