ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Mountain View Environmental Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, Mountain View City Hall 500 Castro Street, at which time all interested parties may be heard regarding the following project:
Code and Precise Plan Amendments Regarding Minimum Parking Requirements - Housing Element subtasks a and b of Program 1.2
Consideration of text amendments to Chapter 36 (Zoning Ordinance) of the City Code and resolutions to amend the Downtown (P-19) Precise Plan, El Camino Real (P-38) Precise Plan, San Antonio (P-40) Precise Plan, and East Whisman (P-41) Precise Plan to implement the City’s 2023-2031 Housing Element subtasks a and b of Program 1.2 related to removal of minimum parking requirements for residential uses. The project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
