July 2024 Update - City of Mountain View Matrix Study Improvements

The City of Mountain View has posted the July 2024 progress update on citywide development review process improvements from the 2021 Development Review Study (Matrix Study) recommendations. The City engaged with the Matrix Consulting Group in 2020 to review the City's development review process and provide recommendations for improvements. In total, the study identified 53 recommendations for improvements related to staffing, technologies, procedures, and services, which vary in degree of complexity, required resources, and time to implement.
