You are receiving this email because you signed up for updates about your Medi-Cal health insurance. Medi-Cal covers doctor visits, In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS), hospital stays, dental care, prescription drugs, mental health services, and more for you and your family.
Make sure your county office has your current address, email address, and phone number if these have changed in the last three years. That way they can reach you with important updates.
The easiest way to check your information is to log in to your account online. You can also provide most current information by mail, phone, or in person through your county office.
County offices will review Medi-Cal eligibility for all beneficiaries over the next year. You will hear from your county office when it’s time to process your information. Your county office will try to renew your Medi-Cal using the information you have provided. They will send you a letter to tell you that you have been renewed or a renewal form requesting additional information.
Everyone’s renewal cycle is different. Your letter or form will arrive between April 2023 and May 2024.
