If your name, mailing address, phone number, or email address has changed or will change, let your county Medi-Cal office know right away. You can log in online to check and update your information. This way, your county can let you know if they need more information for your Medi-Cal renewal.
Your local county office will mail you a letter to tell you that you have been renewed or a renewal form requesting additional information. If you receive a renewal form, you must complete it to see if you can still get Medi-Cal. The easiest way to complete your form is online. You can also give it to your local county office by mail, in person, or over the phone.
Make sure that your county office can reach you during your renewal period. Update your contact information today if it has changed in the last three years.
