Marinwood Plaza Open House on Tuesday

Dear Neighbors,

I am reaching out with a reminder that the Marin County Community Development Agency is hosting an open house event this Tuesday, October 15 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM for the community to learn more about the proposed Marinwood Plaza housing project. The project includes 125 units of affordable housing and a café, along with the preservation of the existing Marinwood Market.

Date: Tuesday, October 15
Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (drop-in)
Venue: Marin Wildfire Prevention Authority, Room 335 at 1600 Los Gamos Drive, San Rafael
Parking: Follow orange signs to the main parking lot, and enter the building at Lobby A. 

 

Directions to 1600 Los Gamos Drive, Suite 335, San Rafael: 1. From HWY 101, exit at Lucas Valley Rd./Smith Ranch Rd. 2. Proceed West on Lucas Valley Rd. 3. Turn Left onto Los Gamos Drive. Drive past the Kaiser and following building complex, and follow the orange signs to the MAIN LOBBY (turn left into main parking lot – see photo) 4. Enter at the Northern-most entrance (Lobby A – shared entrance with Marin County Sheriff’s Office) 5. Enter Lobby A and take elevator to the 3rd Floor 6. Proceed to Suite 335 – Marin Wildfire Prevention Authority Board Room
