The proposed Valley Health and Medical Center went to the Planning Commission on June 15th for approval of the Site Plan and Design Review application. The item passed with three votes and one recusal.

This 25,000 SF project, located at 1132 Norman Dr., will include three single story professional /medical office buildings. This is the second phase of an existing set of medical offices already established on this 2 acre site at 1138 Norman Dr.
