Daniels Center's Welcome Sign

The proposed Daniels Center, currently in the planning pipeline, could help create a new welcome sign for the city. As new developments are routed through the planning process, the City may encourage developers to use their projects to help meet community design goals. Goal CD-7 encourages the creation of memorable entries to Manteca. The proposed Daniels Center has a plan to do that.
Because the project is located at a major City entry point at Highway 120 and Airport Way Interchange, it provides an excellent opportunity to create a gateway sign for the City. The project proposes to add a decorative welcome sign at the northwest corner of the project site.
