A new proposed commercial development application has been received. The Daniels Center Project is proposed to be located at 2125 Daniels Street. The proposed project includes a Chevron gas station with 10 fuel pumps, a 3,400 sf Extra Mile convenience store, a 2,300 sf quick-serve restaurant, and a drive-thru car wash.

The parcel map was originally approved at the July 14, 2020 planning commission meeting. The development plan is currently in the approval pipeline and went to the Planning Commission on June 1, 2023 for site plan review.
