Ambulatory Surgical Center Being Planned

Tenet Health submitted an application for the construction of a new one-story, 30,000 square foot office building. The new development will provide administrative services to the adjacent Hospital, with multiple offices for physicians and a new Ambulatory Surgical Center.

The proposed building would be located at 1263 Cottage Court and will be in close proximity to Doctors Hospital. The building is on the north/west side of Cottage Court and encompasses 2.23 acres.
