In an effort to make it easier for future investors, developers, and business owners to find key information needed to locate or grow a business in the City, the Economic Development Division has compiled a list of key resource links and interactive tools on a single web page.

This page features links to a zoning and general plan map, interactive zone locator tool, interactive permit cost estimation tool, planning checklist, building permit process checklist, application forms, development fees, and regional incentives.

Understanding the demographics of an area is also key for attracting future investment. To this end, the new page features an overview of our local trade area. This trade area looks at a 10 minute driving range from a central location to determine population, potential market opportunity, and other economic indicators.
