Join us at the Manhattan Beach Art Center on Friday, April 18th from 5pm to 7pm for the opening reception of Let Me Fix You a Plate. The event is free and open to the public.
Let Me Fix You a Plate by Keith Magruder will be exhibited at the Manhattan Beach Art Center, located at 1560 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 from April 18, 2025 through June 29, 2025.

Creative Explorers Workshops
Join our Creative Explorers Workshop where curiosity meets inspiration! Interactive stories, music, and movement introduce various themes. Hands-on play at 4-6 stations sparks imagination, encouraging child-led projects and developing problem-solving skills. A dynamic environment for young learners to grow and explore! All materials (simple circuits, plants, craft supplies, etc.) are included.

Ocean Protection Bike Tour
Learn about the Dune Restoration Project, the 28th Street Infiltration Project, and how the City works to prevent trash and litter from entering our ocean. The bike tour will begin at 10am at the Manhattan Beach Pier and is expected to end around 11am at the Manhattan Beach Library to kick off the Earth Day Celebration event.
This event is BYOB - Bring Your Own Bike! E-bikes are welcome. Registration is required for all attendees, even those under 18 years of age.

Polliwog Park Dog Run
Planned upgrades for spring 2025 include the addition of 1,350 square feet to the Dog Run footprint, new perimeter fencing, new dual drinking fountain and trash receptacles, updated concrete pads and benches, irrigation relocation, lighting, and landscaping.
The Dog Run will be closed from March 31 - April 30 and will reopen on May 1.
