NOTICE: Highland Avenue Traffic and Parking Impacts

Important Traffic and Parking Updates - March-April 2025

Parking restrictions, intermittent traffic delays, and lane closures will occur on Highland Avenue between 3rd Place and 11th Street starting Wednesday, March 5, 2025, through approximately mid-April for communication conduit and fiber optic installation utility construction work.

Beginning Wednesday, March 5, 2025, through April 18, 2025, the following traffic impacts will occur on Highland Avenue between 3rd Place and 11th Street:

  • Parking restrictions
  • Intermittent traffic delays
  • Lane closures

Purpose: Communication conduit and fiber installation utility construction work

Hours of Impact: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Please plan your travel and parking accordingly during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as these important infrastructure improvements are completed.
