As you requested, a printed copy of your Retirement Progress Report will be mailed during the month of October. If you would like immediate access to your report, you may view it online now through your myCalSTRS account.
Immediate access!
To view your Retirement Progress Report online, log in to myCalSTRS. Select View Your Retirement Progress Reports or select Retirement Progress Reports from the Account drop-down menu. To access the current year’s report, click on the year 2024.

Easy access to your reports. Review your current and past reports online. Your initial membership date or initial participant date is listed on page 1.

Make sure your information is accurate. Details such as years of service credit, current and past employers, beneficiary information and initial membership date are contained within your report. Ensure that CalSTRS has the correct information on your account. The facts and figures will be used to calculate your retirement benefit.

Click the online glossary link to explain terms used in the report.

Select the Employer Detail screen to view a breakdown of your earnings, contributions, compensation earnable and service credit by employer and by assignment.

Find the amount of your total excess member contributions in the special messages section, if you earned more than one year of service last school year.

We will continue to mail your report to you every year, unless you request to receive your report only on myCalSTRS. If you would like to go paperless next year and receive your report only on myCalSTRS, please update your delivery preferences under Update Your Profile on myCalSTRS or submit the Retirement Progress Report Delivery Preference form. Requests must be received by July 1, 2025.
