Notice of Covered Electronic Waste Workshop: Recovery and Recycling Payment Rates Considerations
The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) will be holding an informal public workshop on April 16, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The purpose of this workshop is to consult with the public, the regulated community, and other interested parties to solicit feedback on the proposed recovery rate for all covered electronic waste and recycling payment rates for video display devices, as defined in Public Resources Code section 42463(g)(1)(A).
The public workshop will be accessible via Zoom, via Webcast, and in-person in the Sierra Hearing Room located on the 2nd floor of the CalRecycle headquarters at 1001 I Street, Sacramento, California. The Sierra Hearing Room is wheelchair accessible.
