Members of the public can submit comments at the public meeting or via email to wastechar@calrecycle.ca.gov. The deadline to submit comments for consideration in the finalization of the SB 54 Material Characterization Study Findings Report is November 12, 2025. No registration is necessary to participate in person. Attendees may submit oral public comments.

Zoom participants will be invited to ask questions or provide feedback during the public meeting.

Webcast
Webcast participants will not be able to ask questions. If you are participating remotely and anticipate asking questions, we recommend you join through Zoom. No registration is necessary to view the webcast.

Simultaneous Spanish interpretation will be available in-person at the public meeting and remotely via Zoom or webcast. For in-person interpretation services, headsets will be available and can be provided by CalRecycle staff prior to or during the session.

To help expedite CalRecycle’s consideration of comments, CalRecycle requests all written feedback and questions to be submitted using the format specified below.
All written feedback can be submitted to wastechar@calrecycle.ca.gov with the subject line: SB 54 Revised Preliminary Findings. The deadline to submit comments for consideration in the finalization of the SB 54 Revised Findings Report is November 12, 2025.
