Starting October 1, 2025, online renewal of your company’s 2026 Waste Tire Hauler Registration will be available to you.
If you’ve not relocated or changed your business ownership, follow these steps to renew your Hauler Registration online through the Waste Tire Management System (WTMS) Hauler Portal.
We’ll mail your 2026 decal(s) and registration certificate(s) when we complete your renewal application process.
- Changed the facility (physical) address of your business;
- Changed business ownership;
- Have obtained a new Waste Tire Hauler Bond;
- Any other questions about your registration renewal.

Step-by-step registration renewal instructions are below and also available at this link:

Go to the following link: Waste Tire Haulers Portal (WTMS) Sign-In

Sign in using your E-mail and Password.
- At the Hauler Organizations screen click on the blue Select button next to your Organization Name.
- In the Actions Needed drop down box select Renew 2026 Hauler Application. (If you’ve already renewed, the action will be View Hauler Application. Read the instructions then click on the Next button to continue.
- Verify that your Primary Mailing Address is up-to-date. Click the Edit button to change it or click on +Add Mailing Address to add a new mailing address.
- Verify that your Bond information is up to date and in force. If your bond is or will be cancelled, please call the Waste Tire Hotline immediately for instruction.
- Verify that your Hauler Vehicle registry is current. Carefully follow the Edit function instructions to:
- Add a new vehicle.
- Delete a vehicle not to be included in your Renewal
- Update/correct an already registered vehicle’s Unit Number, License Plate, Registration State, or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- At the Submit Renewal page are the sections:

Temporary Decal with my Renewal - Check the box for an optional Temporary Certificate for Alternate Vehicle.]

Details – enter the Applicant Name and business Ownership Type in the boxes provided.
- Your last required steps are to:
- Check the box certifying your understanding of your renewal application.
- Click the blue Submit button then review the displayed Confirmation Page.
