CalRecycle received MED-Project's revised 2024 annual reports for covered drugs and home-generated sharps waste on July 18, 2025.

These documents are now posted to the respective public notices below. 

CalRecycle is voluntarily holding a comment period to allow for input from interested
parties during the document review process and requests that public comments be submitted to PharmaSharps@CalRecycle.ca.gov by August 6, 2025.

Note that under the California Public Records Act (Government Code section 7920.000 et seq.), your written and oral comments, attachments, and associated contact information (e.g., your address, phone, email, etc.) become part of the public record and can be released to the public upon request.
