The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) is seeking feedback from the public, the regulated community, and other interested persons on draft regulatory language that is necessary to implement, make specific, and clarify Senate Bill 1215 (Newman, Chapter 370, Statutes of 2022).
