Plastic Pollution Prevention and Packaging Producer Responsibility Act Advisory Board Meeting

On June 20, 2025, CalRecycle will host the Advisory Board meeting for the implementation of Plastic Pollution Prevention and Packaging Producer Responsibility Act (the Act; Senate Bill 54, Allen, Chapter 75, Statutes of 2022). During this meeting, the Advisory Board will discuss:
- Advisory Board Presentation - Barriers and Solutions to Creating a Circular Economy
- Updates on the Regulations, Implementation Process, and the Next Steps
- Update from the Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO)
