Upcoming Paint Stewardship Informal Regulatory Concepts Workshop

During this workshop, CalRecycle will present an overview of the California Architectural Paint Recovery Program (Public Resources Code sections 48700-48707) and the changes made by Assembly Bill 1526 (Committee on Natural Resources, Chapter 848, Statues of 2023). CalRecycle will also introduce draft regulatory concepts and solicit feedback from the public, regulated community, and other interested parties as staff begin to draft regulatory language.
