SUBJECT: 2024 Fiscal Year End Payment Processing Timeline and SCO Warrant Issuance
Processor Invoices Submitted in DORIIS
Each year from mid-June to the beginning of July, the State Controller's Office (SCO) suspends payment processing due to year-end deadlines resulting in an approximate three-week period during which warrants are not issued.
Claims that were submitted in DORIIS by Monday, June 10, 2024, will be processed in June. Claims submitted after this cutoff may not be processed in time to have the warrants issued in June and will instead be processed when SCO resumes processing in July. CalRecycle will make every effort to work with SCO to expedite July Payments.
