2026 YC Focus Areas: Why They Matter
In 2026, the Youth Commission is focused on mental health, education, employment, entertainment, and housing because these areas strongly impact young people’s well-being and future opportunities. We listen directly to youth through surveys, listening sessions, and community outreach, then work with County partners to turn youth voices into real improvements in programs, policies, and services across Los Angeles County.
