Torrance Office to Permanently Close Effective January 9
The Child Support Services Torrance office will permanently close on Friday, January 9, 2026. Starting Monday, January 12, 2026, please visit the South LA office at 8300 S. Vermont Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90044.
The payment kiosk at the Torrance office also will be permanently closed. A payment kiosk is available at the South LA office and at the locations listed below.

- Kiosk: Payments can be made at all office locations via the kiosk with no processing fee
- Online: childsupport.ca.gov (1.9% fee for credit/debit; $3.95 minimum or 2.49% via PayPal)
