This holiday season, child support will meet you where you’re at. Join us on Saturday, Dec. 20 from 12–3:30 PM at the Frosty Fest Toy Drive in Lancaster. A child support specialist will be on-site to answer your case questions. You’ll also find food, arts and crafts, and a gift distribution. See you there!

Parks Snacks

LA County Parks & Recreation is excited to share their December Snack Menu for children and youth ages 0–18! This month’s menu includes fresh fruits, crackers, and dairy options like milk, yogurt, and string cheese — nutritious snacks that support healthy growth and active play throughout the winter season.

The FREE Snack Program continues to play an important role during the holidays, ensuring young people and their families have access to FREE food while building community connection and care.

Keep your Medi-Cal benefits! Individuals 19 years or older without satisfactory immigration status must apply by December 31, 2025, to be evaluated for full-scope Medi-Cal coverage. Child Abuse Hotline

The County of Los Angeles has launched a 211 hotline to report child sexual abuse by County employees, contractors or volunteers. Victims, families and witnesses to abuse or suspected abuse by County workforce members can call 211 or make a confidential report online at 211la.org/report-childsexualabuse.

The 211 LA hotline is not intended to replace the Child Protection Hotline and should NOT be used to report abuse or neglect committed by a child’s family member or guardian.

The Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department establishes judgments for parentage, as well as establishes, modifies, and enforces orders for child support. The Department has more than 1000 employees, including over 86 attorneys, and in 2024, collected and distributed more than $512 million in child support. The department's core purpose is to ensure children thrive, with a mission of connecting with parents and caregivers to provide child support services.
