ROE Forms Now in Multiple Languages
Right of Entry Forms are now available online in additional languages, including Armenian, Korean, Farsi, Russian, and Chinese.
Residents must choose to opt-in or opt-out of the free nonhazardous debris removal program by submitting a Right of Entry Form. Those with questions can call the Fire Debris Hotline, or get help completing the form at (844) 347-3332. In-person assistance is also available at the Disaster Recovery Centers open 9 AM to 8 PM. The deadline to submit the Right of Entry form is March 31, 2025.

EPA Using Parking Lot at Will Rogers State Beach as Temporary Phase 1 Processing Site
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced that the parking lot at Will Rogers State Beach will serve as a temporary processing site for the safe removal of household hazardous materials from properties damaged by the Palisades Fire.
This necessary action helps speed up debris removal on properties destroyed by the wildfire and will enable residents to rebuild their homes faster.
Materials collected and transported from nearby properties will be consolidated, securely packaged, and safely loaded for transportation to a permanent disposal or recycling facility outside of the area.
SBA Disaster Loans Are Available for Impacted Residents
Disaster assistance from the U.S. Small Business Administration is now available for homeowners, renters, nonprofits, and businesses of all sizes impacted by wildfires. Learn more at sba.gov/disaster.

Increased Funding for Fire-Grade Rebuilding: Eligible SBA disaster loan borrowers can receive up to a 20% increase in funding to help mitigate their home or business against future disasters with building upgrades. Ask about increasing your disaster loan for mitigation protects during the application process, or within two years of receiving your loan. Learn more at sba.gov/mitigation.
Disaster Food Benefits Available Soon for Eligible Individuals and Families
People directly impacted by the recent fires in Los Angeles County may be eligible for new Disaster CalFresh food benefits from the State of California.
A family of four with a monthly income up to $3,529 per month may be eligible to receive a one-time $975 food benefit if you lived or worked in a zip code impacted by the fires on Jan. 7, 2025. For full list of zip codes, click here.
The LA County Department of Public Social Services will be accepting applications for Disaster Cal Fresh between Feb. 10-14 and Feb. 18-19 only. To apply:

 Residents seeking financial help after the devastation of the wildfires can request FEMA assistance here. The deadline to apply is March 10, 2025.
