Los Angeles, CA – The Palisades Fire will host a community meeting at 6:30 PM, to provide critical updates regarding the current operational status of the fire and the transition into the recovery stage.
The community meeting will take place Thursday, January 16, 2025 at:
Sinai Temple
10400 Wilshire Blvd,
Los Angeles, CA 90024
Meeting Highlights:
- Updates on firefighting efforts and containment progress
- An overview of the recovery process and resources available to the community
- Questions from the public addressed by Palisades Fire representatives and other incident command staff
Question Submission:
Community members can submit questions to incident staff in the foyer of the Ziegler Sanctuary before the meeting. Questions will be answered during the designated Q&A session.
Media Credentialing:
At the request of the private property media representatives must submit their credentials and full legal name to the email address below by 8:00 AM on January 16, 2025, to gain access to the press conference.
Virtual Access:
The community meeting will be streamed live on the Los Angeles County Fire YouTube page, ensuring accessibility for those unable to attend in person.
This meeting is a vital opportunity for the public and media to receive accurate information and have their concerns addressed. The Palisades Fire Incident Command remains committed to transparency and collaboration with the community during this challenging time.
