Dear Neighbor,
As 2023 comes to an end, I am reflecting on milestones achieved, memorable moments, and wins for our communities, plus the ongoing work in the year ahead.
Here is a recap video capturing a few of the many highlights of this year that wouldn't have been possible without the dedicated professionals that make up Team Mitchell, our County Departments, community partners, and you, the residents of the 2nd District that we are proud to work alongside.
I look forward to building on our progress with a relentless determination to solve persistent challenges and create new possibilities for our communities.
Wishing you a happy and prosperous new year.
Sincerely, Holly J. Mitchell Supervisor, Second District Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors
