QUARTERLY BOARD MEETING
During this Quarterly Board Meeting, we will hold the 2022 Election for the WDB Officers (Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary/Treasurer), discuss and review the quarterly performance and budget reports as well as other action items on the agenda.
WDB OFFICERS ELECTION OPEN BALLOT PERIOD ANNOUNCEMENT
TO THE MEMBERS OF BOARD ONLY:
WDB Members are requested to submit their nominations for the Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary/Treasurer electronically via MS Forms during the open Ballot Period from February 14 - February 28, 2022.
Please note that WDB Members will be provided with a link to the Nomination Form on February 14, 2022. Only nominations received during the open ballot period will be placed on the Board Agenda for voting by the full board on March 18, 2022 Quarterly Board Meeting. Any submission after the open ballot period will not be considered.
This meeting is OPEN to the public.
The Agenda for this meeting will be uploaded two-weeks prior to the Meeting due to the Election indicating the nominated members on the ballot for voting. You may also check the link below for the previous meeting agendas and minutes.
