DVC Community –
Let me start by wishing you all a happy, healthy and safe 2022. I hope you found time and space to rest, rejuvenate and reflect during the holidays. It has been a very difficult few years and another challenging holiday season for many of us. May the support and passion of this community bring us each comfort.
As we head into the new year, I am excited to be representing the Domestic Violence Council as the Interim Executive Director. I am grateful to know many of you well and have had the opportunity to work with even more of you virtually over the past 21 months. As you know, Eve has led this group over the past 3 ½ years with compassion, enthusiasm and innovation. I am honored to serve as the temporary holder of all this group stands for and strives to be. Your expertise and dedication to preventing, interrupting, stopping and healing from DV is unmatched.
Moving forward please reach out to myself (nperras@ph.lacounty.gov) and each other to share and discuss your visions and hopes for the DVC in 2022.
Nicolle Perras
Interim Executive Director of the Domestic Violence Council
