To everyone,

While I usually start these messages with hello, this one is better started with goodbye, or at least see you later. Today is my last day at work (although technically I am ED through the end of tomorrow.) I cannot thank each of you enough for all you do every day, all you have done for the community and all you have done to support me. It has truly been my honor to act as your representative for these last 3 ½ years. Although addressing domestic violence, on any level, is difficult, it is our working together that has and will continue to make change. I hope that I have provided each of you with the support that you needed and I also hope that we have had a chance to share a story, a laugh and a personal connection. Thank you all so much. You have caused my mind, and my heart, to grow. Please stay safe, have a happy new year, enjoy and keep moving forward!
