Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell to co-host COVID-19 Vaccination Event for Residents Experiencing Homelessness
Department of Health Services Housing for Health division and United Way of Greater Los Angeles will co-host and offer on-site vaccinations
WHAT: Los Angeles County Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell will participate in a COVID-19 vaccination event hosted by the County’s Department of Health Services Housing for Health division and United Way of Greater Los Angeles. The event will include an on-site mobile clinic, giving people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County the opportunity to get vaccinated. United Way of Greater Los Angeles will also be providing community members in attendance tote bags with essential items, including crew socks, hygiene kits, face masks, and postcards with COVID-19 vaccine information.
