DA's New Directive May Give Suspects a Minimum of 2 years for a 1992 Murder of a 14-Year-Old Girl in El Monte

With the District Attorney's new directives, if the judge accepts the men into the juvenile sentencing system, the most time they could get is 2 yrs, minus time served. However, if the judge decides not to accept the men into the juvenile sentencing system, they would be released.
