LASD DEPUTY GIVES HOPE TO  YOUNG AMPUTEE

In August of 2018, LASD Deputy Rifkin was involved in an off duty hit-and-run accident while riding his motorcycle to work. Deputy Rifkin sustained a significant leg injury which  caused his lower left leg to be amputated. During the recovery process, Deputy Rifkin received so much support from other amputees.
