New Funding Combats Illegal Dumping
The City of Jurupa Valley is excited to announce that we have received $150,000 in funding from Congressman Mark Takano to launch an Illegal Dumping Surveillance Camera Pilot Program.
This initiative marks a significant step forward in our efforts to keep our community clean, safe, and beautiful by using advanced technology to deter and address illegal dumping.
"With these funds, we aim to create a cleaner environment for all residents and enhance our City's overall quality of life," said Mayor Silva. "We thank the Congressman for his support to increase awareness and keep our communities safe."
The secured funding will be used to purchase and install 10 cameras, which will improve the security in parts of Jurupa Valley.
